  1. This does seem like a good time to work on strength training….I know I need to get back into it! I’m still running, and just ran a 10K this past weekend. Still not sure what long-distance race I want to do next, but I know I need to get back to yoga and doing my prehab exercises!

  2. Congrats on meeting your goal. Good luck on NaNo. I’m not participating this year, I’m on the last week of my final semester and I’m still 2,000 words short on my thesis (20,000 words of our novels).

    I linked to my post, did the Biggest Loser Run Walk this past weekend. I’m ready to change it up this winter.
