Last sparring class of the month yesterday, and I was pointed out to a black belt (2 ranks higher than me) as someone who did the technique he’d been trying to do correctly.
Last week wasn’t great exercise-wise, I had a flu shot that really affected me. I was more tired than I expected so I took Wednesday off from karate.
Gained 6 lbs on vacation. My husband did admit he thought I’d gained more based on how I was eating and all. Today, I finish the unpacking and begin figuring out what to do to get back into a routine. We did a lot of walking while in London but, now that we’re home, there are other things I can and should be doing.
My September went alright, but my November plan is not looking so good.
