  1. My workouts are limping along both figuratively and literally. I was making some progress of getting into a morning yoga routine again when I injured my knee. How? I don’t even know. But I blogged about what’s happening and why I haven’t been able to do much at all.

  2. I passed my 2nd degree brown belt test. Going to be adding an extra half hour lesson a week & hopefully going back to yoga class on Friday.
