I was 65 minutes short of meeting my goal of 1500 minutes of exercise in May. I just didn’t get enough minutes in during that last week with all of the Armchair BEA activities. Since June is a shorter month, I’m setting a goal of 1400 minutes. That should be achievable and I’m off to a good start.
