Readers’ Workouts — March 11 — 7 Comments

  1. Sunday I felt like I was dragging all day. Last night I went to karate and did my regular 2 hours (half hour group class, half hour lesson, hour of sparring) and slept like a rock.

  2. I’ve just discovered your blog, and I like the idea about posting your workouts regularly! I began to take swimming classes last summer, and I go swimming 3 times per week, and now I’m beginning to go running, although I still don’t run more than 20 minutes (little by little).
I see you take your health very seriously, that’s great! I would like to eat healthier, but I still have not enough willpower for that. Again, little by little.
    Cheers,
    Isi

  3. The biggest thing affecting my workout this week is that I’ve started an internship so I can get some hands on practice doing medical billing and coding. This disruption to my daily routine is having an impact but I think I can keep up the momentum I gained while doing the boot camp. We’ll see how it goes.

  4. I love the idea of incorporating work outs into the whole book blogging thing. I am someone who does not work out at all and is extremely unfit but I really need to do something to remedy that. Stopped previously loved activities after injury and illness, so I am thinking about using this meme to help me set goals and start getting back into some activity. Even my dog does not get much in the way of walks now, but to be honest that is also because she is old and really only wants a brief 15 minute walk in the morning, more than that and she starts dragging her feet and trying to turn for home at every opportunity. We make a rather pathetic and apathetic pair.
I assume this is a weekly meme so I will aim to set some goals and make a start in the coming week. What a great idea reader’s workouts is!
