We had some cold and busy days last week. I managed a little exercise each day to continue my streak but was in danger of falling behind in the goal to exercise 1400 minutes. Fortunately, it warmed up over the weekend. I walked twice on Saturday and twice on Sunday and I’m back on track for my exercise.
Unfortunately, it’s cold again, so I’m having to be creative with my exercise. Yesterday, I danced, did calisthenics, and engaged in some shadow sword fighting while watching the most recent season of Merlin.
