  1. I’m the opposite about the charts, but agreed with you about the idea of a different theme every month. No way I would manage that! I think it’s great that you remembered one of the points from the book and it helped you feel better. I’ve been trying to act more energetic to feel more energetic these past few days, and it does seem to help. What I really should try is going to bed earlier, but I’m still resistant to that idea. I feel like I already go to bed early (10, 10:30) compared to most people. (But then I may get up earlier than others, too, so end up getting fewer hours of sleep a night in total, I don’t know.)
