I need to exercise 55 minute a day for the rest of the month to make my goal of 1400 minutes in November. That’s possible, but more than I’ve been averaging. And, my minutes slipped because my month keeps getting busier! I’m considering the possibilities of exercise while watching the Macy’s Parade on TV — I could replicate the dancing and marching. That could work!
