  1. Hi Joy, I think my workout week has started great! I spent a good 10 minutes doing a series of dynamic exercises: sumos, lunges, cariaocas, butt kicks, etc…then did 30 mins of walk/jogging, then did some clam shells and hip strengthening exercises. And I still have the rest of the week to go!

    • That’s a terrific workout! I forgot about clam shells. I used to like those — I’m going to add those in today!

  2. I made sparring and group class at the karate studio last night, but today I’ve been felled by a cold, so tomorrow’s session looks in doubt. It’s rare I email in to work sick but I’m not in much shape to drive.
