  1. I got my fitbit 250 lifetime miles badge today!

    2 hours in the karate studio last night, got a lot of sparring because only 5 of us turned up for class.

  2. Hi, Joy–this is a great idea! Not 100% sure that my link went through properly, but we’ll see how it goes.

    As for fitness: yesterday we used nothing but tubes, but my muscles definitely feel it today! Changing up routines is a great way to stay challenged.

  3. Another week without my finger. I’ve regained most of the weight I lost before September. And I’m dreading the idea of how much I’m likely to gain over the holidays. I’ve already planned ways to limit the damage. And I’m still exercising. I’m just not doing everything I wish I could because I can’t hold things yet.
