  1. How was your exercise for the first week of October?
    Not great but better than nothing.
    What plans do you have for this week?
    None. Post-honeymoon chaos and I’m waiting for a routine to fall into place before I try to do more.

  2. Joy, Thank you for the suggestion re. the book. When I do squats, I lift my toes, forcing me to put my weight back on my heels but that may not be enough to fully protect my knees. How thick a book do you use? I have everything from DVD thick to Oxford English Dictionary thick and I wouldn’t want to use something too thick or thin. Again, thank you.

  3. You’re doing great Joy! I’m doing a little better. I thought I was getting over the cold/flu, but it keeps trying to creep back on me. I’m just thankful to have some ok days.
