I checked my logs and I haven’t missed a day of exercise since July 19. I didn’t set out to do that, but now that I have a good long streak going, I’m highly motivated to not break it!

I’m also on schedule to meet my goal of exercising 1400 minutes in September. With cooler days ahead, that should get even easier.

  1. That’s awesome work, Joy. Being on target to meet your goal is always motivating. My September Challenge is on track and I definitely know how it feels to be on track.

  2. Great job with the continuous days! It IS addictive right? I have a 100 mile/mth goal (walk/run..) and always feel better when I log 101, but it’s a good pressure.

    I’m excited for fall, cooler temps and a season change. The colors are not stunning like they are in the midwest, we do not have maples here. Fingers crossed we don’t experience a hurricane this fall!

  3. Great job with your exercise streak, Joy! Once you get going into such a steady rhythm like that, it’s easy to keep going. It’s just a regular part of your day!

    I biked in a NJ cycling event last weekend (so did Mari!) and just today tried a new class at my gym called FitFight that totally kicked my butt! I can already tell it’s going to be interesting getting out of bed in the morning.. haha!
