Jet-lag really through me for a loop. It’s not just reduced energy that’s the problem, it’s reduced motivation. Lethargy and apathy — a deathly combination to a healthy lifestyle. But it’s gotta get better soon, right?
In the meantime, I have managed some form of exercise all but one day since I got back. That, at least, keeps me within range of my goal for 1000 minutes in June after my return from France.
What do you do to get it together when it all just seems like too much trouble?
