I walked a lot on our vacation, especially the last four days when we were on our own in Paris. The rumors are true — Paris is a wonderfully walkable city. I didn’t keep track of minutes or miles, but there were a lot of them.
When I got home, I set a goal for 1000 minutes for the rest of June and I’m right on track. I’ve been motivated by my overgrown garden for some of those minutes.
