    I’ve been trying for every-weekday-workouts. I’ve switched from listening to music to audiobooks and it’s motivating me to get to the gym and find out what happens next in my story. I only let myself listen when I’m working out. It’s been a good strategy so far! I can actually feel some triceps evolving.

    • Music didn’t work that well for me, but neither did audiobooks. NPR podcasts do work. It’s all about finding our own motivation!
