  1. Last week was my first time in a Friday karate group class in months, and I was definitely feeling it all weekend. Planning to stick with the 3.5 hours a week (2 group classes, 1 sparring class and my private lesson). I have about 15 pounds I’d like to shed, and it’s the difficult final 15.

    • That sounds like an excellent plan. I love how classes make it easier to achieve consistency.

  2. I always admire how much exercising you get done. I’ve been taking daily walks with various family members and even tried to learn how to skateboard yesterday. 🙂 That counts as exercising, right?
