Readers’ Workouts — March 12
This is going to be a quick check-in for me. It’s a good thing I was highly motivated to get in lots of exercise minutes in advance of the Spring Forward time change. Extra exercise leads to better sleep leads to less crankiness after the time change. I’m on track to meet my goal this month even though the last two days have been so busy I haven’t exercised at all. I’ve got a good plan for today, so I’ll get right back to it.

I haven’t checked in in so long! Had lots of illness in this house the last month or two (both me and my son) which makes working out (and SLEEP) hard to come by…but yesterday I tried to get my mojo back with a 2.5 mile run. Hoping to do more of that and get back into 30 Day Shred as well.

I did better this week, but still not what I’d like to be doing. Will keep working on it till I get my grove back.
So.. I have had this post up for a few days 🙂 Finally getting to comment.
It’s been extremely windy here this week. I’m talking myself into another treadmill workout while anxiously waiting to get outside.
