This is going to be a quick check-in for me. It’s a good thing I was highly motivated to get in lots of exercise minutes in advance of the Spring Forward time change. Extra exercise leads to better sleep leads to less crankiness after the time change. I’m on track to meet my goal this month even though the last two days have been so busy I haven’t exercised at all. I’ve got a good plan for today, so I’ll get right back to it.
