I seem to have turned my blog into a full-time job this month! All the while in full denial about how much time it was taking away from my healthy lifestyle and other aspects of my life. A two-hour walk yesterday helped with my minutes. I’m currently at 945 of the 1600 minutes I plan to exercise this month. I’ll need some more two hour walks to make that happen.
