I’m in Olympics withdrawal! In the last week, I enjoyed rhythmic gymnastics and synchronized swimming. They please my inner 10-year old. Since both were introduced to the Olympics the year I graduated from college, I didn’t get to enjoy them when I actually was 10, an age when sparkly, colorful costumes and graceful moves were a fascination.
My August exercise goals are 1400 minutes and 15 Wii workouts (to make sure that I get some variety). As of last night, I was at 595 minutes and 7 Wii workouts — so I’m right on track for meeting both goals.
