  1. 340 min is not bad at all. Much more than what I will be doing! During Easter I got a bad cold and feel like a zombie but hope to be able to start my swimming on the weekend.

    • The idea got some buzz on Twitter over lunch–that should help! People like the idea, but I think it’s going to take a few weeks to develop the habit.

      • Oh, glad you cleared that up. I was thinking I might see you soon wuth black eyes from tripping on the sidewalk while reading with your nose in a book.
