    My goal was 1000 / month but I’m at…let me go look. I’m at 852. It’s not impossible but I don’t want to be crazy-bulimic about it, cos I can go there.

  2. Yes, this is something I’ve realized about myself – that after I exercise I’m basically sitting for the rest of the day. Now, I do try to move around but sometimes I get so engrossed in what I’m doing I forget!
